The madrassah has implemented an internal telephone communication system via the staff Kiosks. Staff can call other class teachers as well as the admin offices where necessary and vice versa. The ‘Talkie’ app has been installed onto all staff Kiosks to enable this form of communication.

Daily operations and activities such as taking attendance register, collecting fees, recording of exam results etc. are now managed in the Madrassah Management System.
Below are a handful of videos, which demonstrate some of the key aspects of the system you’ll need to acquaint yourself with.
Student transfers a relatively simple in principle, however, throw a new system into the equation and welcome complexity!
Some may have noticed that you have the ability to transfer a student to a new class in the new madrassah system, however we request you not to do this yourself. The primary reason for this is, when you transfer a student say for example, from Qaida Class to Hifz Class, the system will hide the attendance history for the student, which in turn comes with its own issues.
Instructions
To transfer a student from one class to another, simply complete the student transfer request form below. Once you have submitted the form, the madrassah office will process your request on the date requested in the form. This process is done systematically, and therefore the attendance record for the student is also merged into the new class.
Report student leavers by simply completing the form below.
The purpose for completing the form is to maintain an electronic audit trail, but also to ensure relevant processes are carried out to migrate the student’s record to the Madrassah archive, compliant with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Once you have submitted the request, the student(s) will be removed from your class list and registers; if the student(s) appear(s) on your class list or register after their final day in Madrassah, please inform the Madrassah headteacher.
