Terms & Conditions
1. All students must attend madrassah with full uniform.
2. Hair MUST be in one level (short back and side, V Cut etc) will not be allowed – Male students.
3. All Parents must ensure their child/ren come on time and are collected on time.
4. Teachers cannot be disturbed during class times, to speak to the class teacher please arrange an appointment with management.
5. Registration of any child can be done by the authorisation of management.
6. Students will be required to complete a 12-week probationary period successfully before he/she is registered at madrassah
7. £30 monthly fees must be paid to the madrassah via Direct Debit on the 1st of each Month.
8. Parents must inform through parents portal of any absences by students.
9. Students will not be allowed to leave madrassah prior to finishing times unless confirmation is received from the parents on parents portal.
10. To insult any member of the institute will lead to the dismissal of such student.
11. Madrassah implicates zero tolerance to any kind of abusive aggressive language. bad behaviour towards members of staff by parents or students.
12. Madrassah will not accept any responsibility for the welfare of the child/ren outside madrassah hours.
13.Mobile phones, games and any type of jewellery is NOT allowed in Madrassah.
14.Madrassah reserves the rights to expel any students when it seems necessary.
15. The Madrassah has a zero tolerance policy of all violence and aggression.
16. All the above rules and regulations and any further rules will have to be covered fully prior to admission of the student.
